Always motivated to continually improve her skills and stay abreast of the changes in the industry, Michelle has made a commitment to building her knowledge through continuing education earning the “Coldwell Banker Global Luxury” designation in 2018, which is awarded to only the top 10% of the more than 88,000 sales associates affiliated with the Coldwell Banker brand. Additionally, she earned the “Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation” and has been recognized as a “Luxury Institute Million Dollar Guild Member” each year since 2018.
Michelle attends a wide variety of real estate industry educational seminars across the nation and has earned numerous certifications, including the Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute Specialist, Cartus Global Relocation Specialist, Accredited Home-Staging Specialist, and Certified Negotiation Expert designations. Additionally, she participates in bi-monthly strategic small business coaching sessions to continuously improve teamwork, business operations, systems and procedures.
Active in the community, Michelle has held positions on the “Best Practices and Grievance Committee” of her local MLS, was the President of the North Brunswick Business Networking Group for seven years, and is an active member of the Coastal Networking group in New Hanover County. In 2022, Michelle was appointed to fill a seat on the Cape Fear Realtors Association “Grievance & Professional Standards Committee” in recognition of her high ethical standards and record of excellence in real estate.
When not working with clients, prospecting, or building her business, Michelle enjoys spending time with friends and family, running, swimming, biking, practicing yoga, and enjoying the beautiful beaches in the area.
